The 3463543712 Outside Gear is one of the primary transmission gears used in the planetary wheel hub reduction system of Mercedes-Benz Actros MP1 / MP2 and MAN TGA / TGM / F2000 heavy-duty trucks. Working together with the sun gear and planetary gears, it forms the hub reduction mechanism that increases wheel torque while reducing rotational speed.

The outside gear serves as the internal ring gear of the planetary reduction assembly, allowing heavy-duty trucks to deliver high torque to the drive wheels while improving climbing ability, load capacity, and drivetrain durability.
