Product Introduction

The T24 DP22 brake servo is a heavy-duty air brake chamber used in commercial truck and trailer braking systems. It integrates both service braking and spring parking/emergency braking functions in a single unit.

When the driver applies the brake pedal, compressed air enters the service chamber and pushes the diaphragm to generate braking force. When air pressure is released or lost, the spring section automatically applies braking force for parking or emergency safety conditions.

This structure ensures stable braking performance under full-load conditions, making it widely used in heavy-duty transport applications such as logistics trucks, mining vehicles, and construction trucks.

The product is manufactured with high-strength stamped steel housing, reinforced rubber diaphragm, and precision sealing components to ensure airtight performance, stable stroke movement, and long service life in harsh operating environments.

Each unit is tested for air leakage, stroke performance, spring force reliability, and pressure durability before shipment to ensure OEM-level safety and consistency.
