Product Introduction

The HW19710 gearbox (commonly referred to as “19710”) is a heavy-duty 10-speed manual transmission widely used in SINOTRUK HOWO trucks. It is one of the most common gearbox models in Chinese heavy-duty truck applications.

This transmission uses a main gearbox + auxiliary gearbox structure, allowing multiple gear ratios for different driving conditions such as heavy load starting, uphill climbing, and high-speed cruising. It typically provides 10 forward gears and 2 reverse gears, giving the driver flexible control over torque and fuel efficiency.

The HW19710 is designed with a dual-countershaft structure, which balances radial force and improves gear meshing stability. This reduces wear, improves durability, and allows the gearbox to handle high torque outputs from heavy diesel engines.

It is widely used in dump trucks, tractor heads, mixer trucks, and construction vehicles, especially in demanding environments like mining sites and long-distance freight transport.

Each gearbox is manufactured with high-strength cast iron housing, precision-machined gears, and heavy-duty bearings to ensure long service life, stable shifting performance, and resistance to heavy shock loads.
