The T24 front brake servo is a heavy-duty service brake chamber designed for the steering (front) axle of commercial trucks. It belongs to the Type 24 air brake chamber family, which is widely used in heavy-duty vehicle braking systems.

This front brake chamber works by converting compressed air pressure into mechanical force. When the driver presses the brake pedal, air enters the chamber and pushes the diaphragm, which moves the push rod to activate the front wheel braking system (S-cam or disc brake mechanism depending on axle configuration).

Compared with rear axle spring brake chambers, the T24 front version is typically a service-only brake chamber, focusing on fast response, stable braking force, and precise control for steering axle safety.

It is widely used in heavy-duty trucks such as HOWO, SHACMAN, FAW, and DONGFENG, especially in front axle braking systems for logistics, construction, and mining vehicles.

The product is built with high-strength stamped steel housing, reinforced rubber diaphragm, and precision sealing technology to ensure stable air tightness, corrosion resistance, and long service life under harsh working environments.

Each unit is tested for air leakage, stroke consistency, pressure durability, and fatigue resistance to ensure OEM-level performance and safety.
