Product Introduction

The T24 DD brake servo is a heavy-duty double diaphragm air brake chamber assembly used in commercial truck and trailer braking systems. “T24” refers to the standard service brake chamber size (Type 24), while “DD” indicates a double diaphragm configuration, typically used to provide enhanced braking force and more stable response in heavy-duty applications.

In operation, compressed air enters the service chamber and pushes the diaphragm to generate mechanical force through the push rod, which activates the brake mechanism. Compared with standard single-chamber designs, the DD structure provides improved braking stability, stronger force output, and more consistent performance under heavy-load and high-pressure conditions.

This type of brake servo is commonly used on heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and axle braking systems where higher safety performance is required, especially in long-distance transport, mining operations, and construction environments.

The unit is manufactured using high-strength stamped steel housing, reinforced rubber diaphragm material, and precision sealing technology to ensure airtight performance, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
