The T24 DP16 brake servo is a heavy-duty air brake booster (brake chamber type actuator) used in commercial truck braking systems. It is designed to convert compressed air pressure into mechanical force to assist braking, ensuring strong and reliable braking performance under heavy load conditions.

The T24 series is widely used in European and Asian heavy-duty trucks, trailer braking systems, and air brake axle configurations. The DP16 configuration typically refers to diaphragm size/type within the spring brake or service brake chamber family, providing stable braking force and quick response time.

When the driver applies the brake pedal, compressed air enters the chamber, pushing the diaphragm and push rod to activate the brake mechanism. This significantly reduces driver effort while increasing braking force, especially important for long downhill driving, heavy cargo transport, and emergency braking conditions.

The structure is built with high-strength stamped steel housings, reinforced diaphragms, and sealed air chambers to ensure durability, airtight performance, and resistance to corrosion in harsh working environments.

Each unit is manufactured under OEM-quality standards and tested for air tightness, stroke performance, fatigue resistance, and pressure response stability before delivery.
