Product Introduction

The T30 front brake servo is a heavy-duty Type 30 air brake chamber used on the steering (front) axle of commercial trucks. “T30” refers to a larger 30 in² effective diaphragm area, which provides higher braking force compared to smaller Type 24 chambers.

This unit works by converting compressed air pressure into mechanical force. When the brake pedal is pressed, air enters the chamber and pushes the diaphragm, which drives the push rod forward to activate the front axle brake mechanism (typically S-cam drum brake systems).

Compared with T24 front chambers, the T30 version delivers stronger output force, making it suitable for heavier front axle loads or vehicles requiring higher braking performance. It is commonly used in heavy-duty trucks such as HOWO, SHACMAN, FAW, and DONGFENG, especially in mining, construction, and long-haul transport applications.

The structure features a high-strength stamped steel housing, reinforced rubber diaphragm, and precision sealing system to ensure stable air-tight performance, corrosion resistance, and long service life under harsh working environments.

Each unit is tested for air leakage, stroke accuracy, pressure durability, and fatigue resistance to ensure OEM-level safety and reliability.
